The Office of Student Assistance and Relief (OSAR) has been notified that National Personal Training Institute of Southern Ca closed on December 31, 2025 with last days of instruction reported on February 23, 2023 (7100 Village Parkway, 94568 Street location) and April 4, 2021 (1233 Third Street Promenade, 90401 Street location). The following information is provided for former students.
